山友から頂いたタケノコ、お隣から頂いたこごみ、そして我が家の家庭菜園のウド、そんでもって・・川西町の温泉施設”まどか”近くの山散策で蕨とコシアブラ少しですが採ってきた・・春は山菜ずくしでおなかも快調になる・・
