我が家のハーブはレインボープランのとは対象外なのですが、料理で使うハーブや木イチゴやブラックベリーなどは直接口に入るものだからずべて無農薬で育てたものです。
このシフォンケーキにはバジルとローズマリーが入っていまよ。
添えたジャムは先日紹介したブラックベリージャムです。添えたクリームにもジャムを入れてあります。
