なので、洗濯をしているとき、洗濯機の前に座って、ボーっと、回っている洗濯物を眺めています。
…怪しい人みたい（^^;
洗濯物を見ている時は、頭の中が�猝�"で、何も考えていない状態なので、スッキリするんですよ〜!!
特に見ようと思ってみている訳ではないけれど、知らないうちに、5分10分…って過ぎてます。
